I totally love this facility. My babies (animals) are my children and treated as such. I have always been given excellent service. I haven’t anything but good feelings about this veterinary clinic. Any questions I may have, Tim will take his time and explain things in full detail. To get follow up phone calls and text messages about my service is another good reason to love this place. When I needed help after hours, Tim was there to tend to my needs in a timely manner. Other facilities in Eunice haven’t a good record of being there for you when you needed them, which is the reason why I changed over to this facility. Since then, my babies are in good health because of Dr. Tim’s service and love for animals. I’m so blessed to have the opportunity in being part of this facility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants a happy life for their furry family. God Bless this facility and the staff

I went to 3 different vets today, Northside being the 3rd. My poor pup had a broken paw and needed assistance. The staff were all so incredible. I called and the phone etiquette was superb, along with the treatment my pup and I were both given. I would reccomend this veterinary clinic to anyone. I can't imagine what a better experience or outcome would've been like. I appreciate so much them getting my sweet Piper fixed up, and being so patient with me as well. If you need a vet, this is the one to choose.❤️

I was reading some of the not so nice reviews and this proves that no matter how hard you try, you can't please everyone. Dr. Tim was our vet for our lab Charlie Mac from March 15, 2010, at 6 was old, to Sept 12, 2022 when he took his last breath in his office. Highly recommending doesn't seem enough for the excellent service we received for over 12 years. He has always called back within 30 minutes, I was able to get him on the phone at 2a.m. after Charlie swallowed a bottle of my husband's medicine, we met him on a Sunday at the office for what we thought was a emergency and it wasn't, he just ate to many dog biscuits. Dr. Tim wasn't even upset. As for his compassion, he and staff have a abundance of it. When we had to say goodbye to Charlie they're kindness and compassion made it so much bearable. He might be a little more expensive but he is worth it. So next time when someone wants to give him a bad review, don't. I promise, there is something wrong with you, not him. Lynn B

Staff was ultra friendly. they accepted my walk in emergency with open arms. Full treatment of my babys ear infection for a very fair price of 220 ish give or take. Dr Tim was one of the most HUMAN doctors ive ever met. super friendly, super quick but thorough. if you live in ville platte or surrounding areas in evangeline parish i highly recommend making the extra few minute trip to his place in EUNICE

I am very pleased with the staff at this clinic. We moved from Georgia and I was nervous about finding someone comparable to our vet there. The staff treat each baby with love and tenderness really decreasing the dogs stress. I am very thankful for finding you.Oscar, Daisy, and Harley are very comfortable with all of you.

Switching to Northside Veterinary was the best choice I made for my dogs. Every time we visit we are greeted with smiling, friendly faces. The staff is always on time with my appointments and show my dogs so much patience and care. You can tell this team cares for their patients!
